Let's swap our ski house for your ski house! This is our second home in Fraser, CO. It is just 10 minutes down the road from the Winter Park ski resort. We are hoping to trade with someone who has something comparable near another resort on the Ikon pass. It can easily accommodate two families of four. The main level has a large open living area with a living room, kitchen, and dining room table with eight seats. There are another four bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and its own bathroom as well as a hallway bathroom on the main level. Upstairs there is a hallway bathroom shared with one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed and two twins. You can see pictures on our Airbnb ad at frasergetaway.com. As of right now I can't figure out how to create a second home on this site, but we are looking to also swap for our primary residence in Boulder, CO, next summer. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath on a cul de sac and one house off of a large park. We are very open to locations and dates, but would love to be on the ocean or lakeside.Other Information
