Our home is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in an Ozark mountain valley, a mere ten minute drive to downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas. Close to all the action, but just far enough away to avoid noise and game-day parking issues. We have a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a twin with a trundle in the kid's room, a full size Murphy bed in the office/guest room, and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. That's enough beds for eight people! We have two bathrooms with a shower/tub combo in each. We have a dine-in kitchen with a dinner table for six, and a floor-table in the living room (which doubles as our coffee table) that can seat four more. We have a glass-top electric stove, a dishwasher, a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have a privacy fenced backyard, with a patio and outdoor seating.Other Information
