I love my home in beautiful Dana Point, California! This is an upstairs condo unit, with no wheelchair accessibility. The condo is 800 sq ft. There is one room.available, the bed is a full size that can sleep 2. It is a murphy bed in the guest room and has a private door that leads to a full bathroom. This bathroom also has an entrance from the livingroom. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave. You will have access to everything in the kitchen. There is a TV, wifi and speakers to plug in your device for music. In the living room I have a gorgeous baby grand piano that you are welcome to play if you are a pianist. There is a foldout sofa that can sleep a person, but it isnt that comfortable. On the balcony there is a bbq, beach chairs and towels. If you dont mind watering a few plants, I would appreciate it. The condo complex: we have a pool and jacuzzi. There is a laundry room by the pool. The town of Dana Point: You can easily walk to the town, eat dinner, grab a cup of coffee. The beach is an easy walk as well, just a half mile.down the road. Dana Point has a free trolley during the summer that will take you to the harbor and other beach locations. Outside of town: Laguna Brach is 30 minutes North, San Juan Calipstrano is 15 minutes East, and San Clemente is 20 minutes South. Disneyland is 45 minutes away, Los Angeles is 2 hr North, San Diego is 1.5 hr South. John Wayne Airport is the nearest airport, it is about 30 min away. My family lives in town as well, and my neighbors are friendly. A word about childten: I love children, but this condo does not have the space to accomodate small ones or pets. I am always looking to swap with a New York City residence or Europe destinatiin. 2019 summet Im hoping to swap with NYC, England and Ashland, OR.Other Information
