Located in the middle of the Grand Valley, our home is close to a 25+ mile River-front path, short drive to orchards/vinyards in Palisade and 30min to Fruita’s mountain bike trails. Downtown Grand Junction is well developed with shops and restaurants. We are situated between the Colorado National Monument to the west and the Grand Mesa to the east. Moab is an hour and a half away for day trips to the National Parks. There is no limit to your adventure! Come see why we golf, bike, and hike year round here in Grand Junction.
