My house is located 2 blocks from the beach, Downtown Ventura, and beautiful ocean view walking trail. Ventura is 30min south of Santa Barbara. Walk two blocks and enjoy tacos and beer in the pier or walk to Downtown for music, bars, restaurants, movie theater, and shops. Hike up to to an epic view of the ocean, ride up the coast on our beautiful bike path, or borrow my paddle board in the harbor.Other Information
