We live in a peaceful wooded neighborhood on almost two acres. Very private. We are 30 minutes from the Mall of America. Cross country ski trails very close. You are welcome to use our skis. We also have an outdoor hot tub we enjoy in the winter. We would consider swapping vehicles as well. Beautiful lake 2 miles away with a 5 mile trail around it. We have two kayaks and a van to bring them there. (No fishing as it is supplies water to the city) 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul. We like to downhill ski in the Rockies and go to California and spend time near Encinitas. We are also open to exploring other areas of the US. We will be available to swap starting in January of 2023. Kids are living with us now and and the third bedroom is a storage area right now.Other Information
