Missoula, Montana is a hidden gem. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for? There is something to enjoy in every season! Our home is situated in "The Rattlesnake" neighborhood in close proximity to miles and miles of hiking, biking, and river fun. It is a large family home with four levels. Our main floor is a "great room" concept with an open kitchen/eating area and a fireplace with a sitting area. Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom with a king bed, a "guest bedroom" with a queen bed, and a child's bedroom with a full bed. One floor below the main floor is a "den" with a couch/tv and two bedrooms. These bedrooms are where our boys sleep. One room has a bunk bed and the other has twin beds. There is a bathroom on this floor and a laundry room. Walk down a few stairs and you'll find a finished basement...it has a large couch, a large flat screen tv, and another bathroom. Overall, there are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Out back, you'll find patio seating overlooking our beautiful hill where horses roam. Our front porch is a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset at night. Across the street, we have a huge open field that is owned by the school district. What I love most about Missoula -beauty all around -late summer nights (doesn't get dark until 10pm) -one of the best farmers markets (Saturday mornings May through October) -Griz Football home games -hiking, biking, and river fun without having to drive tfar to enjoy -independent businesses that are absolutely amazing (restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, bars/nightlife) -downtown Missoula -the people -the university -the vibe/energy -gateway to some of Montana's gems (Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky) -Snowbowl (local ski resort - skiing and summer activities) -four seasonsOther Information
