Our home is two stories, with a rock exterior. The master (king bed) is downstairs with a private bathroom (garden tub and separate glass enclosed shower). The other two bedrooms are upstairs (one double/full bed, and one twin daybed with a trundle) Both rooms share an upstairs bathroom (tub/shower combo). The living room has a faux leather sofa and chair that sit between a large TV and a gas fireplace. It is open to the kitchen which has an electric flat cook top and oven. The kitchen has a garbage disposal and dishwasher as well. The table seats six. Our back patio has a small covered area with a table for four. We currently have an outside dog who is ultra friendly, but does not live inside our home. (she is old and may not be with us much longer). We do have an attached garage, but it is used for storage, not to park cars in at this time. We are the last house in the city limits, so it is very private and quiet. Our neighbors are very friendly and it is a safe area. We are about a 2 min. drive to the main street (free parking) for shopping and wine tasting, or any festivals going on in town. You can drive north/west for about 15 min. and arrive at Enchanted Rock State Park. There is NO public transportation, so a car is a must. Uber is said to be coming to Fred.Other Information
