Hello. I hope to travel most of the summer and I have a great little house here that someone is welcome to stay in! I currently have a roommate who rents out one room but if you would like to experience the amazing and thriving city of Durham you can have my room! I have a bus stop in my front yard and I also have a bike you can use. My 1933 bungalow is completely adorable if you ask me. I am currently renovating it, some projects are done and others still need work. Overall is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I have a large lot with a small garden and a comfy porch swing. There are tons of hip restaurants, coffee shops, bars and even a grocery store within walking distance. Durham is a thriving young city with lots to do, we are knows for having great food, tons of breweries and in general it is a growing city packed with active young professionals! I would highly recommend going to a Bulls games, they are the local Baseball team. My house is only 2 miles from the heart of downtown and 1 mile from Dukes campus. Durham is located 30 min from Raleigh, it's less than two hours from the beach and 3 hours from Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. If you have any questions please let me know.
