Our home is an inviting 3 bedroom town home in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. As you walk through the door you will feel like you are home! The two story living space is perfect for 6 people. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located upstairs (one bathroom is inside the master bedroom). Our kitchen, living room and 3rd bathroom are located on the first floor. We have a comfortable living room space adjacent to our 4-8 person table and full kitchen. Our home has a nice back deck with a gorgeous view of the northern Breckenridge peaks. You have access to our BBQ on our deck as well. We have radiant/floor heating, which does a wonderful job of keeping you warm during the winter months. Our town home was built a few years ago and is new, comfortable and contemporary. We absolutely love living here and know you will feel right at home! We are located just 1 mile from Main St., Breckenridge. Winter: SNOW, SNOW, SNOW!!! Our beautiful town becomes a winter wonderland from December through early April. You will see our town lit up with winter cheer. There are many events and celebrations throughout the winter season (visit: http://www.gobreck.com). Furthermore, you are just minutes away from Breckenridge Mountain Resort. From our house, it's about a 30 second walk to the free town bus, which will take you anywhere you need to go, including a five minute ride to the gondola! If you feel like more of an adventure, we are located about 15-30 miles from 6 other mountains including Keystone, Loveland, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-Basin, and Copper. There are snowshoe and cross country ski trails at most of the surrounding resorts and towns as well. Summer: In the summer, there is a recreation path at the edge of the neighborhood (it spans north from our home to Frisco, CO/ or south towards the town and the Breckenridge Ski Resort gondola). It is a beautiful walk to town along the Blue River in the summer. There are expansive hiking and biking trails. Some are located on the resort, others can be located on the local town maps. In addition, there is great camping and golf courses located in Summit County. The surrounding rivers and lakes offer fishing, boating, paddle-boarding and rafting. If all of this sounds new to you and your family, the town boasts numerous tours and excursions that can be booked at your leisure. In all, our town is a wonderful place to be during the winter or summer months. There are plenty of great restaurants, downtown shopping and a vibrant nightlife. The tranquil setting lets you and your family feel away from the daily hustle and bustle of life, while still offering a variety of activities to explore.
