Our home is located in a beautiful private community. We are one block from the gorgeous Long Island Sound and our community has spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline and New York bridges. Our home has tons of natural light, plenty of parking, and is located on a quiet block. We have 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen tv, the second bedroom has a full size LOFT bed, dresser, and closet. The third bedroom has a twin size LOFT bed and a dresser. The living room has a flat screen tv, wrap around couch which also pulls out and a small dining room and well equipped kitchen. Our community has its own playground and beach access. This house is very child friendly. Now our neighborhood also offers a ferry service to Manhattan. A quick taxi ride will take you to the NYC Ferry Soundview line. We have our own beach, playground, and community center. We are 30 minutes away from Manhattan. Enjoy the beauty, comfort and tranquility of Throggs Neck, while easily accessing Manhattan for sightseeing and exploration. Located in one of the safest Bronx neighborhoods. Cab or bus to Botanical Gardens, Bronx Zoo and Bronx Parks….. Minutes from the Fordham University Bronx Campus , Famous Arthur Avenue little Italy and Pelham Parkway. Three blocks from the Express Bus #9 to Manhattan or BX 42 to the either Arthur Ave or Westchester Avenue to take the #6 train to Manhattan. Just a 20 minute Manhattan Express Bus #9 ride to midtown NYC. #6 Subway,buses BX 42/40/8, and Mahattan Express #9 can all be paid for with a Metro card.Other Information
