We have recently remolded our home to more resemble a tropical paradise (we moved here 4 years ago from Hawaii). Just 35 minutes from Sacramento, 90 minutes to Napa and Camp Far West Lake and Folsom Lake within 30 minutes from us. Just a 60 min drive to Truckee and Lake Tahoe CA and all the snow/water sports one would want to participate in. We have a pool, BBQ, and beautiful outside space. Master bedroom features a Cal King and private bath with shower/tub, and 2 bedrooms have a Queen and a King bed. New floors, carpet, and paint, laundry room included.
